Membership Information
Membership form available on 'Forms' page.

Individual Membership:  Membership in the Illinois Council on Tuberculosis is open to those interested or working in the tuberculosis health care field...health departments, TB boards, hospitals, long term care facilities, correctional facilities, physicians, nurses, infection control professionals, administrators, support staff, etc.  Membership in ICOT provides opportunities for learning experiences and exchange of ideas pertinent to the maintenance, improvement and delivery of tuberculosis prevention, control, and elimination services. An individual membership allows that person the opportunity to attend programs at the membership rate, apply for scholarship opportunities, voting rights, serve on the board or committees, and hold office.

Corporate/Agency Membership:  Corporate or Agency memberships are also available.  This allows a number of individuals from an organization to attend the educational programs at the membership rate.  One individual from the organization is designated to have voting rights in the council.  All individuals from the organization are eligible to serve on committees and on the board of directors, to hold office, and to apply for scholarship opportunities as they are offered.  This option is beneficial if more than one person from a single organization will be attending the annual conference.
